Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and testing to identify user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual elements across platforms.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and tools.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability tests.
- Document design guidelines and maintain a design system for scalable solutions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in fields like Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related areas/Any Graduate
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing work on both web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design practices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
