We are looking for a result-driven project manager to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of developers and support process. As an experienced Development Team Leader, whilst being highly technical and hands-on capable, you will lead development projects on Microsoft .Net and SQL Server based technologies. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. Team Leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities, and team efficiently.
Required Skills:

- Experience in .Net development.
- Experience in MS SQL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Managing project progress and adapting work as required.
- Designing risk mitigation plan.
- creating detailed project review reports for management.
- Supervising staff and monitoring production and support standards.
- Developing quality control processes.
- Overseeing project documentation.
Education
BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE/Related or BCA/MCA or Bachelor In Computer Science
Experience
8-10 years
